Sabine Breit – entrepreneur, consultant, author and conference interpreter – has been practising the art of getting stuff done for the past 25+ years .
While the entrepreneur takes care of the long-term and „daily operational“, alternately leading and teamworking, the author is trying to do justice to ideas and contents, scrutinizing her own views and trying to survive the constant struggle for the „best word“. For the consultant, it’s all about asking relevant and clarifiying questions, listening deeply, analysing information and supporting clients with implementation. Implementation that gets it right first time. When in the booth, the interpreter takes decisions every few seconds.
This combination gives her a deep understanding of what it takes for processes to work, to produce better decisions and thus better outcomes. She understands translation processes at a meta-level, i. e. them being a sine qua non for any type of transformation. This unique skillset is coupled with an inner compass of values, characterized by respect, honesty, kindness and the willingness to assume responsibility. Rounded off by serenity and a penchant for belly laughs. She will ask you questions that will open up new perspectives.
